Director of Operations Richard started with Tellaro Wealth Management in September 2019, bringing decades of experience in Operations, Client Services, and Business Development. A graduate of Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY, Richard worked for many years in the publishing industry before making the switch to Financial Services and Wealth Management. Richard and his wife live in Framingham, MA, and have two adult children with families of their own, making them the proud grandparents of eight grandchildren. When not spending time with his family, Richard enjoys running, hiking, and premier league soccer (Come On Fulham!).

Client Service Coordinator Lauren is originally from Westchester, NY and relocated to Boston in 2021. She graduated from St. Lawrence University with a BS in Psychology. At St. Lawrence, she was a captain of the women’s volleyball team, a vice president of Psi Chi, and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa. She enjoys going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and going to concerts in her free time. Although she moved to Boston, she is a loyal NY Rangers fan!

Associate Financial Representative Taylor was born and raised in Colorado, where he attended business school at the University of Northern Colorado. He grew up playing sports and still enjoys golfing and skiing when they are in season. He enjoys spending time with friends and family and has a hard time saying no to live music and sporting events. He began working for Northwestern Mutual in the fall of 2016 in the Denver office on the investment operations team where he learned the industry and gained experience. In 2019 he decided it was time for a change and moved to Boston where he worked in the Financial Planning Department for a brief period before joining Tellaro Wealth Management in the summer of 2020. He continues to make Boston his long-term home as his life and career evolve.

Chief Marketing Officer

With more than two decades of experience navigating the business landscape, Angela Canale is a strategic thought leader in her community and the financial services industry. Angela has an accomplished track record of generating growth, engaging audiences, and innovating brands, all while maintaining high level projects, transforming the consumer experience, creating meaningful relationships, and leading high performing teams. Angela greatly values philanthropy and found meaningful volunteer work as an active board member of the March of Dimes from 2004-2020. At present, she is involved with charities such as the Northwestern Mutual Foundation and Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and remains active within her children's schools and youth sports. She believes deeply that hard work, generosity, and collaboration are pillars of both personal and professional relationships. Angela and her husband, John, live in Milton with their children, Amanda, Kristina, Johnny, and Michael, and their two Frenchie puppies, Brody and Sophie.

Marketing and Communications Maddie began her career with several small businesses across MA’s north shore, which etched into her an unwavering desire to serve others. Though data-driven and a strategist, she prides herself on understanding that good business blooms from first being a good human, and that great marketing is rooted in genuine human connection. In 2020, Maddie brought her skillset to the financial services industry, where she combines her passion for elevating brand awareness and driving sales with her soft skills: a love of leading teams and, perhaps most of all, creating meaningful relationships. Her adaptable, integrated approach to marketing, paired with her unique perspective as a Life and Health-licensed and Series 6- and Series 63-registered associate financial representative, render her an ace on the NM Boston team. Maddie lives in Peabody with her fiancé, Keith, where she can often be found cooking, working out, and spending time with their friends and families.
